HELP!

I"ve been trying to find a way to get some kind of technical support but can't find any links! Can anyone out there tell me how to upload a song? I have it on my itunes as an MP3 but when I tried the other day it just sat there uploading for like 36 hours straight and nothing ever happened! Since then I've tried like 3 other times with the same results. If you can give me any help or encouraging words I would appreciate it much! Thanks in advance!
