How to get someone to read my lyrics

I am trying to get someone...anyone to read my lyrics. I have sent them to over 100 record lables only to have them sent back unopened. I have contacted several people who placed ads looking for songwriters and when they write back they tell me they love my stuff but then want me to pay hundreds of dollars for them to make a demo of my song and thats it. Any advice on how I can get someone to take a look at my songs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
