Help!!!

I am a new member here and have tried to uload songs on several different occasions. The little upload wheel goes round and round but never finishes and none of the songs upload. They are in MP3 format and do not exceed the alloted size so I do not know what the problem is. Can somebody help or steer me in a direction to contact someone who can?? Thank you. Jeff
