BIOGRAPHY
54 yo father of 3 adult children and spouse x 34 yrs. Raised in union family and Democrat for life. Political junkie, but not inspired to really get involved until Barack Obama arrived on the scene. Worked as Obama precinct captain during the recent TX dem primary. Love to read, write, sing and cook those Cajun recipes I brought with me from my hometown in south LA. I've been writing poems and lyrics for 40+ years, but have struggled in connecting w/ co-writer who can take my words and the crude melodies I hang them on and bring these songs to life (except for the one that my talented nephew, Steven Clawson, demo'd for me--God bless him!)

Robbie Robertson

As a member of The Band, Robbie Robertson changed the course or rock music history, hipping the genre to a more old-timey sound with songs like “The Weight,” “Up On Cripple Creek,” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.” His latest solo album, How To Become Clairvoyant, reflects on his rock and roll past.
