"Starry eyes showing/Words glowing/everything perfect everything fine/I'm out trying to find a star"
BIOGRAPHY
A bright light has flickered in the world. A mysterious girl remains mysterious. Chapters like a book I’ve written while expressing my reality to an obsolete world. Taking my reality in my hands from a dream I’ve had for so long. I am Christopher K. G. Hagadone I create music. I dream and get lost and while I’m lost I find lost pages to a book I write. I create visions of the lost pages in my music. I am here and I am back to show the world who I am. I song write, compose, produce, engineer and I am an artist of music. I am a mere man writing with a stick in my hand. Asking if you dare dream the dreams that I do or seek the same love as I do!! If not, I can’t for you!!! I’ve stepped into a different brain and a different frame where my life is not the same. While keeping real to my own self I don’t sell and don’t bail and I don’t fail. I am an electronic artist who has created a history of songs, albums and remixes. My perspectives are unique and not written in stone or concrete. How I perceive is how I know. And what I know is how I perceive even though I might be living a dream. So I take hold and break the mold where life is about to be extolled where money is less than love untold but now it’s only a dream within the dream. A bright day a mysterious girl says it will be sunlight and beams my eyes see and I adore I’m with her forever more. I’ll ask for a dance and kiss her on the cheek she’ll know me after as we will laugh our time away. She’ll be happy and we’ll be dancing. What day or night will she be I do not know. Starry eyes are showing and words are glowing. But I can’t find her. She’s a shooting star placed in the middle of my heart and disappeared like Cinderella and her shoe. Now I’m in love with her.

Sessions: Vetiver

“It’s always slightly confounding to me whenever Vetiver is depicted with the same tropes that people have read off of press sheets,” says Andy Cabic. “The same sort of milestones get mentioned but then no one really digs to find out that there are those other things going on.”

Behind The Song: “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing”

Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell sang, it has been remarked, like lovers, although they weren’t. Similarly, Nickolas Ashford and Valerie Simpson, the team behind one of Marvin and Tammi’s most enduring hits, “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing,” wrote as if under the influence of amatory forces; even if, in the spring of 1968,

Spoon: The Power of Transference

In 1995, Spoon were often dubbed “the next Pixies.” The tag never quite fit, but the two did share a love for writing glorious pop songs and then shrouding them with walls of noise and mystery. Over 15 years, the Austin, Texas band have survived lineup shuffles and early record label neglect, finding their signature style with 2001’s Girls Can Tell and quietly building one of the strongest rock catalogs of the decade.

On Track: Josh Turner

“It’s pretty secluded and private out here,” he says of the homestead he shares with wife, Jennifer, and their two boys, Hampton, three years old, and Colby, just seven months.
