BIOGRAPHY
"Music is everywhere. From dawn to dark, music is heard. Even in utter silence the depths of the human heart cries out. A song is a conversation with God. Music speaks to a heart craving for belonging. The uniqueness of how we connect with lyrics of a song and the artist is the revelation that motivates me to write. On this crossing, I believe the Gospel is told throughout the human condition in every season. In Christ there is life transforming hope that SINGS to every people intimately. With songwriting, it’s my desire to be that witness to the Lord Jesus Christ’s life…to see hearts saved for eternity."

Jessica Lea Mayfield: Look At Miss Ohio

“Things are starting to get weird.”

Jessica Lea Mayfield, whose Nonesuch Records debut Tell Me is in stores now, is on the phone from her home in Ohio and we’re having a good laugh over her recent success.
