BIOGRAPHY
Born in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, study music at his home town Bellas Artes academy and performed with his firts Rock and Roll band as a drumer before coming to the USA. After serving in the army during the Vietnam war in 1965 and returning in 1968, he continue his musical education at Queens Borough Community College and finish with a BA in music from QCC.

My first classical composition "Variations on a Fantasy" was presented and performed by the Cremona Strings Quartet at the Kurzweil Recital Hall at Queens Borough Community College on October 28, 1981. Shortly after his graduation from QCC. NandoRodz (Nando Rodriguez) formed his first Latin Orchestra "La Orquesta Tropical" and started performing all around New York, Brooklyn the Bronx, New Jersey, Queens, Jamaica,Yonkers, the entire metropolitan area of the Big Apple.
